Our Alaska cod fillets portions are flash-frozen and individually vacuum-sealed in 7 to 12 oz. packages. They are skinless, boneless, and portioned for your convenience.
Our vacuum-sealed Alaska cod fillet portions can be stored in your freezer for several months. Cod fillets can be thawed under refrigeration about 12 hours before preparation. The vacuum-sealed packages can also be ran under cold water to speed this up considerably.
