Harlequin Rice with Crab Meat

Ingredients:
- 1 lb King Crab Meat
- 1/2 lb Sausage, ground
- 1 cup Rice, uncooked
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 2 cups Water
- 1/8 tsp Curry Powder
- 2 medium Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium-sized Green Pepper, chopped
- 1 cup Peas (fresh or frozen)
- 2 Tbsp Green Onion, minced
Directions:
Cut king crab into 2 inch pieces. In a large skillet, crumble and brown the sausage. Add rice and garlic; saute until rice is golden brown. Add water and curry powder; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 20 minutes.
