Leftover Salmon Stuffed Sweet Peppers

Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup Pre-cooked Salmon
- 1/2 cup Whipped Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Lemon
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Dill
- 1 Tbsp chopped Red Onion
- 1 Ziploc Bag
- 10 Sweet Mini Peppers
Directions:
Mix salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, dill seasoning, and red onion in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut off tops of mini peppers and remove seeds from within. Spoon salmon mixture into a Ziploc bag. Cut off small corner of Ziploc bag and squirt salmon mixture into individual peppers. Serve cold.
