Spicy Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients:
- 12 jumbo Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp White Wine
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, more to taste
- 2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
Directions:
Heat oil in a medium-sized skillet. Over medium heat, add the shrimp. Cook about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the garlic, pepper flakes, lemon juice, wine and salt. Cover and cook 3 more minutes. Uncover and stir in the butter. Remove from heat and mix in the parsley. Serve hot shrimp scampi over your favorite pasta or steamed rice.
