Poached Salmon Steaks

Ingredients:
- 4 Salmon Steaks (1 inch thick)
- 1 1/2 cups White Wine
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 1 tsp Dill, dried
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 Onion
- 4 sprigs Parsley
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except salmon steaks in a skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Add salmon steaks. Cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until fish is flaky. Serve poached salmon steaks with your favorite vegetables and a big baked potato.
