Zach's Fish and Chicken Batter

Ingredients:

• Drake's Crispy Fry Mix
• 1 Egg
• Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:

Mix Drake's Crispy Fry Mix according to directions on package, add one egg, (should be about the consistency of pancake batter), and a dash of salt and pepper. Dip fish or chicken into batter and deep fry until done.
