Sarah's Fry Batter

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • Hy's Seasoning Salt
  • Flour (see recipe)

Directions:

Whisk 2 eggs with 2 cups of milk, soak fish or even chicken inside of the mix. Once it is all covered, dredge it in flour, stick it in an oiled pan, and cook until finished. Sprinkle with seasoning salt!
