Sweet Cheeks

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Halibut Cheeks, thawed
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Salt
- 6 to 8 cups Water
Directions:
In a large pot, bring water, sugar, and salt to a boil. Add halibut cheeks to the boiling water and boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Cheeks will become opaque white in color and rise to the top of the water. Serve sweet cheeks with hot melted butter.
