Scallops Zinfandel

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb large Scallops
- 1/2 cup White Zinfandel Wine
- 2 Tbsp Onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- Plain Crackers
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Place scallops in a baking dish and pour the Zinfandel wine over them. Sprinkle with chopped onions, garlic, and crumbled crackers. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 15 minutes in oven at 350°F degrees. Garnish with fresh parsley & lemon slices.
