- 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Kentucky Bourbon
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 lb Salmon Fillets

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the bourbon marinade over them, saving a little to brush on the fish as it cooks. Put a lid over the salmon and refrigerate for at least an hour. A few hours is even better. Preheat your barbecue or stove top grill over medium/high heat. Cook the salmon for 5 to 7 minutes per side. while regularly brushing the fillets with marinade, until each fillet is cooked all the way through and flakes easily with a fork. Arrange the fillets on each plate with the chives lightly sprinkled over the top.
