Baked Scallops in Shells

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Large or XL Scallops
  • 4 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 4 tsp fine Bread Crumbs (dry)
  • 4 tsp Butter, melted
  • 4 Scallop Shells

Directions:

Place four or five scallops in each of four greased scallop shells. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add 1 Tbsp cream to each shell. Top with 1 tsp bread crumbs and 1 tsp of melted butter. Bake in oven at 450°F for 10 minutes.
