Alaska Smoked Salmon Spread

- Yield: 4 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb Alaska Smoked Salmon
- 2 tsp Onion, minced
- 2 tsp Celery, finely chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
- 2 Tbsp Sweet Pickles, finely chopped
- 1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions:
Remove skin and bones from smoked salmon if present. Flake smoked salmon well. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill. Spread on crackers, artisan breads, & bagels.
