House Wine Marinade

- Yield: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dry White Wine
- 3 large Shallots, minced
- 2 large Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 10 Peppercorns, crushed
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Can be used for marinade before cooking and basting during cooking.
