Simple Smoked Salmon Spread

- Cook time: No cooking!
- Yield: 3 1/2 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs Smoked Salmon
- 1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp prepared Mustard
- 2 tsp Celery, finely chopped
- 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
- 2 Tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Sweet Pickle, finely chopped
Directions:
Remove skins and bones from smoked salmon, if present. Flake smoked salmon well. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill. Serve with assorted crackers or party breads.
