Simple Smoked Salmon Spread

  • Cook time: No cooking!
  • Yield: 3 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs Smoked Salmon
  • 1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp prepared Mustard
  • 2 tsp Celery, finely chopped
  • 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Pickle, finely chopped

Directions:

Remove skins and bones from smoked salmon, if present. Flake smoked salmon well. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill. Serve with assorted crackers or party breads.
