King Crab Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 12 oz King Crab Meat
- 2 cups fresh Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Onion, vertically-sliced
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Snow Peas
- 3/4 cup fresh Tomato, diced
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp cold Water
Directions:
Cut crab meat into 2-3 inch pieces. Saute mushrooms, onion, and garlic in oil until slightly softened. Add crab, snow peas, and tomato; stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender and crab is thoroughly heated.
Blend cornstarch and water; stir in pan juices. Cook and stir until juices are thickened and clear.
