Grilled Salmon & Cheddar Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Salmon
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Onion, grated
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices medium Cheddar Cheese
  • French Bread

Directions:

Mix the salmon with the onion, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Spread the mixture on thick slices of French bread and top with a slice of cheddar cheese. Add a top slice of bread and butter both sides of the sandwich generously. Grill on one side until golden brown, then turn and brown the other side and cheese is melted. Serve hot.
