Tempura Batter

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Clam Broth
- 1 1/4 cup Sake
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 2 1/2 cups Flour, sifted
- 2 cups Cold Water
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- Oil, for frying
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, with the exception of the oil. Dip seafood such as shrimp, halibut, or scallops in batter and deep fry in hot oil. Fry until lightly browned, about 2 minutes or so.
