Vineyard Marinade

Ingredients:

• 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
• 2 tsp Curry Powder
• 1 cup White Zinfandel
• Salt & Pepper, to taste
• 3 Tbsp Currant or Apple Jelly

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Marinade fish for several hours in refrigerator before cooking.
