Baked Halibut Supreme

  • Cook time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs Halibut
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 strips Bacon
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup Bread Crumbs, buttered
  • Parsley, chopped

Directions:

Rub halibut with butter, salt and pepper. Lay bacon on bottom of baking pan and place fillets of top. Make a mixture of sour cream, cheese, crumbs and lemon juice. Spread over the fish. Bake halibut at 350°F until tender (20 to 30 minutes). Serve baked halibut sprinkled with grated cheese and parsley.
