Lemon Basting Sauce

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
• 1/2 cup Olive Oil
• 1 Garlic Clove, minced
• 1 pinch Oregano, crushed
• 1/2 tsp Lemon Peel, finely grated
• Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Baste generously on your fish while grilling.
