Mock Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp dry Mustard
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/4 tsp Salt (optional)
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Directions:
In small saucepan with wire whisk beat all ingredients until smooth. Stirring constantly , cook over medium-low heat until thick (do not boil). Serve over vegetables or fish.
