Fish Marinade #1

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Chablis Wine
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Creole Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper, ground

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Use as a marinade, then as a basting sauce when you cook your fish.
