Marinara Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 small Onion, chopped fine
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped fine
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Tbsp fresh Basil, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh Parsley
  • 3 lbs Tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1/4 cup Dry White Wine

Directions:

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, white wine, and parsley. Cook for about 10 minutes to heat and blend well. Serve immediately over your favorite cooked pasta and seafood. Makes enough marinara sauce for about 1 pound of pasta.
