Lemon Batter

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup cold Water
  • juice of 1 Lemon, strained

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add liquid ingredients. Stir until smooth. Makes enough for two pounds of fish fillets.
