- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Pineapple, crushed and drained
- 2 Tbsp Lemon, peeled and diced
- 2 Tbsp Green Pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Rind, grated
- 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Celery Salt
- 1/8 tsp Cloves, ground
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill lemon sauce in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
