Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple, crushed and drained
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon, peeled and diced
  • 2 Tbsp Green Pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Rind, grated
  • 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Cloves, ground

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill lemon sauce in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
