Easy Salmon Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Salmon, cooked
- Crushed Crackers
- 1 can Peas
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 4 to 5 slices Butter
Directions:
Grease casserole dish. Break salmon up into pieces. Layer crackers, then 1/2 of salmon, peas, and soup on bottom of casserole dish. Repeat, then cover top with more crushed crackers. Place butter slices on top of crackers. Bake salmon casserole at 350°F until hot and bubbly. Serve salmon casserole with your favorite fresh vegetables.
