Jalapeno Marinade

  • Cook time: No cooking!
  • Yield: 2 1/4 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups White Wine
  • 8 oz Jalapeno Chilies, diced
  • 3 Tbsp Oregano Leaves
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil

Directions:

Place 1/2 cup wine, chilies, oregano and 2 Tbsp oil in blender. Blend until finely minced. Pour into bowl and stir in remaining oil and wine. Use for marinating and basting fish.
