Jalapeno Marinade

- Yield: 2 1/4 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups White Wine
- 8 oz Jalapeno Chilies, diced
- 3 Tbsp Oregano Leaves
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
Directions:
Place 1/2 cup wine, chilies, oregano and 2 Tbsp oil in blender. Blend until finely minced. Pour into bowl and stir in remaining oil and wine. Use for marinating and basting fish.
