Garlic-Red Pepper Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Red Pepper, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a glass or plastic bowl. Use or cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
