Garlic-Red Pepper Marinade

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Garlic Cloves, minced
- 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Red Pepper, crushed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a glass or plastic bowl. Use or cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
