Paprika Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Onion, minced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Paprika
  • 1 cup Cream

Directions:

Saute onion and mushrooms in butter until translucent. Add sweet paprika. Stir briefly. Add cream slowly, stir constantly until smooth.
