Our Pub-Style halibut fillets are flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed in 1 pound packages. The fillets are 2 to 3 ounces each and there are approximately 4 to 5 fillets per 1 lb. package.
Frozen, vacuum-sealed, Pub-Style battered halibut fillets can be stored in your freezer for several months.
