Our Pubhouse halibut fillets are frozen and vacuum-sealed in 1 pound packages. The fillets are 2 to 3 ounces each and there are approximately 4 to 5 fillets per 1 lb. package.

Storing & Thawing:

Our frozen, vacuum-sealed, Pubhouse battered halibut fillets can be stored in your freezer for several months. Pubhouse battered halibut fillets can be thawed under refrigeration about 12 hours before preparation. The vacuum-sealed packages can also be ran under cold water to speed this up considerably.

Serving Sizes:

An average serving size of Pubhouse battered halibut fillets would be about one half pound.
