Our fresh Alaska cod fillet is skinless, boneless, and cut into approximately 1 pound portions. Fresh Alaska cod is shipped overnight, directly to you, and arrives much faster, and fresher than cod that you might get at the grocery store.

Storing & Thawing:

Fresh Alaska cod should be enjoyed within 2 or 3 days of delivery to your home. As with all fresh fish, store in a shallow pan or tray on the bottom shelf of your refrigerator. Tip: You can prolong the shelf life fresh seafood by placing a bag of ice cubes directly on top of it (make sure that the fish does not sit in a pool of melted water).

Serving Sizes:

About 1/3 to 1/2 pound per person is a good portion size for fresh cod fillet.
