Our Copper River sockeye salmon tail portions are frozen and individually vacuum-sealed in 4 to 8 oz. packages. There are between 50 to 70 portions per case, depending on portion sizes. They are boneless and skinless for your dining convenience.
Frozen Copper River sockeye salmon tail portions can be stored in your freezer for several months. The salmon tails can be thawed under refrigeration about 12 hours before preparation. The vacuum-sealed packages can also be ran under cold water to speed up the thawing process considerably.
An average serving size of Copper River sockeye salmon would be 1/2 pound, however because of the richness of Copper River salmon, a smaller portion size may be desired.
