Our Copper River sockeye salmon premium portions are frozen and individually vacuum-sealed in 4 to 8 oz. packages. The portions are boneless for your dining convenience. They do not include tail portions.

Storing & Thawing:

Our frozen, vacuum-sealed Copper River sockeye salmon fillet portions can be stored in your freezer for several months. The salmon fillets can be thawed under refrigeration about 12 hours before preparation. The vacuum-sealed packages can also be quickly thawed under cold running water.

Serving Sizes:

An average serving size of Copper River sockeye salmon would be 1/2 pound, however due to the richness of Copper River salmon, a smaller portion size may be desired.
