Storing & Thawing:

Frozen halibut burger patties can be stored in your freezer for several months. Our halibut burger patties can be thawed under refrigeration about 12 hours before preparation. The vacuum-sealed packages can also be ran under cold water to speed this up considerably.

Serving Suggestions:

Each patty can be cooked and used to create a delicious halibut burger. One burger per person is generally served.
