Our Alaska Coho salmon fillet portions are frozen and individually vacuum-sealed in 1/3 to 2/3 lb. packages. They are boneless for your dining convenience.
Frozen Alaska Coho salmon fillet portions can be stored in your freezer for several months. The salmon fillets can be thawed under refrigeration about 12 hours before preparation. The vacuum-sealed packages can also be ran under cold water to speed up the thawing process considerably.
An average serving size of Coho salmon would be 1/3 to 1/2 pound.
