Our Alaska king salmon tail portions are frozen and individually vacuum-sealed in 4 to 8 oz. packages. They are boneless and skinless.

Storing & Thawing:

Frozen Alaska king salmon tail portions can be stored in your freezer for several months. The salmon tails can be thawed under refrigeration about 12 hours before preparation. The vacuum-sealed packages can also be ran under cold water to speed up the thawing process considerably.

Serving Suggestions:

An average serving size of king salmon would be one half pound, however because of the richness of king salmon, a smaller portion size may be desired.
