Our scallops are frozen and vacuum-sealed in 1 lb. packages. They are shucked, cleaned, and ready to be prepared after thawing. These petite-sized scallops are 30-40 count, which means there are 30 to 40 scallops per pound.

Storing & Thawing:

Frozen, vacuum-sealed scallops can be stored in your freezer for several months. Frozen scallops can be thawed under refrigeration about 12 to 16 hours before preparation. The vacuum-sealed packages can also be ran under cold water to speed this up considerably

Serving Sizes:

A one pound package of scallops would be good for 3 to 4 people. That would serve 8 to 12 scallops per person.
