This broken crab includes a variety of sizes and shapes, but has the same delicious king crab meat as our premium red king crab legs & claws, or even the prized Captain's Reserve but that has been broken during processing. Note that our broken king crab does not include merus sections.

Our broken king crab pieces are pre-cooked, flash-frozen, glazed, then packaged in clear plastic bags for easy freezer storage.
Our frozen broken king crab pieces can be stored in your freezer for several months. To thaw broken king crab pieces, place them in the refrigerator a day prior to cooking. Rinse quickly under cold running water, to remove any lingering freezing brine. Left-over broken king crab should be kept under refrigeration and consumed within a couple of days.
