Additional Product Info
Our broken king crab pieces are pre-cooked, flash-frozen, glazed, then packaged in clear plastic bags for easy freezer storage.
Our frozen, broken king crab pieces can be stored in your freezer for several months. To thaw broken king crab pieces, place them in the refrigerator a day prior to cooking. Rinse quickly under cold running water, to remove any lingering freezing brine. Left-over broken king crab should be kept under refrigeration and consumed within a couple of days.
Broken king crab pieces are very popular and usually get bought out very quickly. Buying just enough for an entrée, or stocking your freezer are both options due to their discounted pricing and limited availability.

Additionally, King crab is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and contains no carbohydrates, saturated fats or trans fats. King crab legs are also nutrient-dense, making them a good source of vitamin C, folate, vitamin B12, as well as magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, zinc and copper.
Commercial Fishing Season (Available Fresh):
When king crab is caught it is cooked and blast frozen to capture its quality. This commercial level of processing allows king crab to be kept frozen for long periods of time.
