Product Info:

Packaging:

Our snow crab cocktail claws are flash-frozen, glazed, then packaged in 1 lb clear plastic bags for easy freezer storage. Each bag includes 16 to 24 cocktail claws.

Storing & Thawing:

Our frozen snow crab cocktail claws can be stored in your freezer for several months. To thaw snow crab cocktail claws, place them in the refrigerator a day prior to cooking. Rinse quickly in a colander, under cold running water, to remove any lingering freezing brine. Left-over snow crab cocktail claws should be kept under refrigeration and consumed within a couple of days.

Serving Sizes:

For a full meal, we recommend one pound per person. As an appetizer, 3-5 claws per person is generally adequate. However, at a party, your cocktail claws will likely receive more attention than other appetizers being served!

Health Benefits:

Snow crab is low in fat and calories, yet high in protein, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium and iron. It is also a good source of Folate and Magnesium, and a very good source of Vitamin B12, Phosphorus, Zinc, Copper and Selenium. On the other hand, snow crab is very high in cholesterol and sodium.
