Storing & Thawing:

Frozen king crab legs can be stored in your freezer for several months. To thaw king crab legs & claws, place them in the refrigerator a day prior to cooking. Rinse quickly under cold running water, to remove any lingering freezing brine. Left-over king crab should be kept under refrigeration and consumed within a couple of days.

Serving Suggestions:

3 pounds of king crab will serve 2 to 3 people easily when you're serving additional entreés. If you're having a crab feast or are serving a group of crab lovers, 6 pounds would be good for 3 people. We recommend 1 to 2 pounds per person for an amazing crab feast.
