Our Alaska sockeye salmon fillets are frozen and individually vacuum-sealed in 1/3 to 2/3 lb. packages.

Storing & Thawing:

Our frozen, vacuum-sealed sockeye salmon fillets can be stored in your freezer for several months. The salmon fillets can be thawed under refrigeration about 12 hours before preparation. The vacuum-sealed packages can also be ran under cold water to speed up the thawing process considerably.

Serving Sizes:

An average serving size of sockeye salmon would be 1/2 pound.
