These Alaska native-style smoked king salmon strips are packed full of nutrient-rich protein and loaded with healthy heart-smart Omega-3s. These cold-smoked salmon strips are vacuum-sealed in 1/2 pound packages. The strips are cut to roughly 6" to 7" in length. They're fully-cooked, expertly smoked, and ready to eat.
Frozen, vacuum-sealed cold-smoked salmon strip can be stored in your freezer for several months. To thaw, place on your counter at room temperature for several hours. The vacuum-sealed packages can also be ran under cold water to speed this up considerably.
