Our packaged frozen red king crab merus meat can be stored in your freezer for several months. To thaw king crab merus meat, place packages in the refrigerator a day prior to cooking. Rinse quickly under cold running water, to remove any lingering freezing brine & ice. Left-over king crab should be kept under refrigeration and consumed within a couple of days.
