Our red king crab merus meat is pre-cooked & flash-frozen. The merus pieces are packaged in clear plastic 1 lb. bags for easy freezer storage. These packages include 3 to 5 large king crab merus meat sections.
Our frozen red king crab merus meat can be stored in your freezer for several months. To thaw king crab merus meat, place packages in the refrigerator a day prior to cooking. The vacuum-sealed packages can also be ran under cold water to speed this up considerably. Left-over crab merus meat should be kept under refrigeration and consumed within a couple of days.
